Overview

Design and manufacture of precision-engineered parts by CNC machining and metal fabrication, for equipment maintenance, production and OEM supply.

We make parts from your drawing, from a worn or broken original, or from a part number. If there is no drawing, we measure the original part and recreate it, so old or hard-to-find parts can be made locally and your machines kept running.

Materials, tolerances and finishes

Parts are machined in carbon, alloy and stainless steels, aluminum, brass, bronze and engineering plastics as specified. Parts are made to the measurements and tolerances on your drawing, following international standards such as ISO 2768 and ISO 286. Heat treatment, surface finishes and coatings are applied to suit the duty. We accept drawings in STEP, DWG/DXF and PDF formats.

Quality and inspection

Key measurements are checked against your drawing, and the first part is inspected and approved before a full batch is made. Every material can be traced from stock to finished part.

Where required, parts are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material inspection certificates and dimensional inspection reports.

Yes. Send us the original or a worn sample and tell us what it is used for. We measure and recreate it, confirm the fit with you, and can provide a drawing for future orders.

We machine steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass, bronze and engineering plastics to the grade and tolerances on your drawing, applying ISO 2768 general tolerances where none are stated.

Dimensional inspection reports for critical features as standard, with first-article inspection reports and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates available where your procurement process requires them.
