Standards We Work To

Recognized International Standards

We manufacture to the standards named in each contract. These typically include NIJ Standard 0101.07 and NIJ 0101.06 protection levels for body armor; ISO 7176 test methods and the WHO Wheelchair Provision Guidelines for wheelchairs; KCAA requirements for drone and UAV systems; and ISO 2768, ISO 286 and EN 10204 for precision-engineered parts.

Documentation is issued for the specific products supplied, such as declarations of conformity, inspection and traceability records and, where the contract specifies, independent test reports, so it can be evaluated as part of your tender.

Material Selection

Materials are selected for grade, finish and operating environment, and traced from receipt to finished product. Material certificates are supplied where the contract requires them.

Inspection & Testing

We inspect the first piece, check during production and test every finished product, keeping a record of each check.

Design Control

Every order is built to an approved design. Any change is reviewed and agreed with you before it goes into production.

Yes. Product specifications and the supporting documents relevant to the items quoted are provided with our quotation, so evaluation committees can assess compliance with the tender requirements.

Every change is checked for its effect on materials, measurements and quality. We confirm the revised design, cost and timing in writing before production continues.
